राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान दिल्ली के बारे में
राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान दिल्ली (एनआईटीडी) संसद के एक अधिनियम द्वारा वर्ष 2010 में स्थापित इकतीस एनआईटी (ओं) में से एक है। संस्थान को राष्ट्रीय महत्व के संस्थान के रूप में घोषित किया गया है।
एनआईटी दिल्ली एक स्वायत्त संस्थान है जो शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के तत्वावधान में कार्य करता है। इसका उद्देश्य ज्ञान के प्रसार और अग्रिम सीखने के लिए इंजीनियरिंग, विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, प्रबंधन, सामाजिक विज्ञान और मानविकी के विभिन्न विषयों में निर्देश और अनुसंधान सुविधाएं प्रदान करना है।
मिशन: यथार्थवादी सामाजिक समाधानों के लिए डिजाइन और अभिनव विकास की दिशा में अनुसंधान उन्मुख मानसिकता सीखने और विकसित करने के माध्यम से ज्ञान का अनुप्रयोग।

एनआईटी दिल्ली ने 2010 में कंप्यूटर विज्ञान और इंजीनियरिंग, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और संचार इंजीनियरिंग और इलेक्ट्रिकल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स इंजीनियरिंग में तीन स्नातक B.Tech डिग्री कार्यक्रमों के साथ अपना शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू किया है। एनआईटी दिल्ली की शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों को वर्ष 2010 में एनआईटी वारंगल में शुरू किया गया था, जो बाद में जून 2012 में द्वारका, नई दिल्ली में एक अस्थायी परिसर में स्थानांतरित हो गया, आईएएमआर कैंपस, नरेला (फरवरी 2014 से) स्थानांतरित हो गया और अब फ़रवरी 2022 से प्लॉट नंबर एफए 7, जोन पी 1, जीटी करनाल रोड, दिल्ली -110036, भारत पर अपने स्थायी परिसर से संचालित हो रहा है। (गूगल मैप्स लिंक: https://goo.gl/maps/6yVMs8nygsw3hCR36)
राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-44, जीटी करनाल रोड, दिल्ली-110036 पर एनआईटी दिल्ली के स्थायी परिसर के लिए 51 एकड़ भूमि आवंटित की गई है। चरण 1 ए का कार्य पूरा हो चुका है जिसमें मिनी कैंपस, स्टार्टअप सेंटर और एडमिन ब्लॉक शामिल हैं और चरण 1 बी का कार्य निर्माणाधीन है जिसमें अकादमिक भवन, स्टाफ क्वार्टर, छात्रावास -800 सीटर और निदेशक निवास शामिल हैं।
संस्थान ने 2023 में उल्लेखनीय एनआईआरएफ 51 वीं रैंक देश के 4000 इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज मे हासिल की है। एनआईटी दिल्ली के छात्रों को वितिए वर्ष 2023 मे उच्चतम पैकेज रु 82 लाख प्रति वर्ष मिला है और औसत पैकेज रु 17.72 लाख प्रति वर्ष है।

ational Institute of Technology Delhi (NITD) is one of the thirty one NIT (s) established in the year 2010 by an Act of Parliament. The Institute has been declared as an Institute of National importance.
NIT Delhi is an autonomous Institute which functions under the aegis of Ministry of Education, Government of India. It aims to provide instructions and research facilities in various disciplines of Engineering, Science and Technology, Management, Social Sciences and Humanities for advance learning and dissemination of knowledge.

NIT Delhi has started its academic session in 2010 with three undergraduate B.Tech degree programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The academic activities of NIT Delhi were initiated at NIT Warangal in year 2010 which later moved to a temporary campus at Dwarka, New Delhi in June 2012 and then shifted to IAMR Campus, Narela in February 2014. Currently, NIT Delhi is operating from its permanent campus at Plot No. FA7, Zone P1, GT Karnal Road, Delhi-110036, India (Google Maps Link: https://goo.gl/maps/6yVMs8nygsw3hCR36 )
Fifty one acre land has been allotted for permanent campus of NIT Delhi on NH-44, GT Karnal Road, Delhi-110036. The Phase 1A works consisting of Mini Campus, Startup Centre and Admin Block has been completed and the Phase 1B works consisting of Academic Building, Staff Quarters, Hostel-800 seater and Director’s Residence are under construction.
The Institute has secured a remarkable NIRF 51st rank in 2023 among 4000 engineering colleges in India. The highest package awarded to the student of NIT Delhi is Rs. 82 LPA in 2023 and the average package awarded to the students of NIT Delhi is Rs. 17.72 LPA
एनआईटी दिल्ली में चल रहे शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम
.Tech कार्यक्रमों के लिए प्रवेश भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा (जेईई) में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाता है। 50% सीटों पर प्रवेश दिल्ली और चंडीगढ़ के छात्रों के बीच किया जाता है और शेष 50% सीटें अखिल भारतीय आधार पर भरी जाती हैं। M.Tech कार्यक्रमों में प्रवेश गेट (ग्रेजुएट एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट इन इंजीनियरिंग) में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाता है। M.Tech (एसएफएस-सेल्फ फाइनेंस स्कीम) प्रवेश भी प्रदान किए जाते हैं। पीएचडी (पूर्णकालिक और अंशकालिक) में प्रवेश भी छमाही आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।
ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES UNDERWAY AT NIT DELHI
Admission for B.Tech programmes is made on the basis of the performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for the Indian Nationals. Admission to 50% of the seats is made amongst the students of Delhi & Chandigarh and the remaining 50% seats are filled on All India basis. Admission to the M.Tech Programmes is made on the basis of performance in GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). M.Tech (SFS-Self Finance Scheme) Admissions are also offered. Admission to Ph.D. (Full Time & Part Time) are also invited half yearly.
