5^thConvocation Guidelines

1. Convocation Registration (Online)

• • The only channel to register for 5^th Convocation is through an online form available at the official webpage of the Convocation (Please refer to https://forms.gle/o7TBhS4f5ZynvdnQA).

  • Degree recipients are required to fill up details very carefully during online registration process.

  • The registration acknowledgment will be sent immediately to the participant on the successful submission of the registration form.

  • Last date for Online Registration: 9^th November, 2025(till midnight).

2. Convocation Fee

   The convocation processing fee is as follows:

   Rs. 2,500/- For Degree Recipient and First accompanying person (Degree Reciepient + 01 Accompanying Person).
   Rs. 3,500/- For Degree Recipient, First and Second accompanying person (Degree Reciepient + 02 Accompanying Person).
   Rs. 4,500/- For Degree Recipient, First, Scond and Third accompanying person (Degree Reciepient + 03 Accompanying Person).
   
   Note: The degree recipient has to opt for only one of the above mentioned fee category.

3. 3. Convocation Dress Code (with Product Code and Color)
   • • For Degree Recipients (mandatory):

       • May wear the above or any Formal Dresses only.
       • No stole will be provided to the accompanying persons by the Institute

4. Convocation Date and Timings

        • Timing: 8:30 AM.
        • Venue: Vigyan Bhawan, Maulana Azad Rd, Rajpath Area, Central Secretariat, New Delhi, Delhi 110011(All participants must reach before To be announced soon at the venue.)

5. Norms and Security Requirements

• • • • For security screening, it is mandatory to present the original Aadhar Card / any other government-issued photo ID upon entering Vigyan Bhawan on both 18th and 19th November 2025.

      • Invitees are requested not to bring a radio, transistors, cameras, tape recorders, binoculars, arms, ammunition, car remote lock keys, etc., as no arrangements can be made for the safe custody of such articles.

      • No eatable items and water bottles are allowed inside the Vigyan Bhawan from outside.

      • Except Mobile Phones (in Silent / Airplane Mode), Ladies Purse/Handbag and Gents Wallet, no other personal belongings are allowed to take inside the Vigyan Bhawan from outside.

6. Accommodation and Transport
   • No accommodation and transport facility will be provided by NIT Delhi.

7. Other Important Instructions
   • In Full Dress Rehearsal, accompanying members are not allowed.
   • On Convocation Ceremony Day, No entry will be allowed after (To be announced soon).
